We are dedicated to helping you with any problem that may occur whether you are using a Mac, a PC, or a phone (ex. iPhone). We support almost any software installation, troubleshooting, or just step-by-step learning process on how to use the program or application. We solve any problem that may occur over the internet, by phone, or one-on-one support. At the customers’ convenience, we can go to their house, or the customer can come to us, or meet up at a specific location.

For just $30/hr we help you solve any problem that you may encounter. And what is even better, is that if you find a cheaper rate than what PcMud is offering, we will honor that offer! (Website must be legitimate and within the area of service)
